Moved from an apartment to a house and my 25 foot python would not reach to the new sink. Bought the 20 foot extension and all is good.

It hooks up easy and works.

It’s an extension hose. What else can you say? LOL! Seriously though, if you’re still cleaning your aquarium the old fashioned way, stop. Get a Python. It’s one of the best time savers ever invented!

  3. I was leery of purchasing this (visions of the hose leaking and the aquarium over flowing). Then I broke my foot and the thought of trying to cart the buckets of water back and forth for my 20 gal. tank was overwhelming. So I decided to try it (with the wet-vacuum out just in case). I love it! And the time I saved! A chore I always dreaded (and avoided until the last moment) moved up on my to do list. The only trouble I had was attaching it to my faucet and that’s due to the age of my faucet.

Water changes are now so simple!

All I have to do is put one end, the ‘cup’, in the water, and the other end outside in my garden. I suck into the tube a few times, and the water from the aquarium starts flowing out. It’s that simple. The aquarium water is actually great for my plants, since it is rich with nutrients.

The fact that the tube is so long (you can buy an extension to it) makes it so much easier to directly reach my garden. Previously, I had to empty my aquarium’s water in water buckets.

I highly recommend this item to all aquarists, especially those with very big tanks (mine is about 800 liters).
