I bought this item with my Visa debit card. The money cleared and was taken out of my account but somehow my order went into a collections agency called TRS. They called me at home and then hung up on me. I thought it was a scam but they were calling me to collect on a bill from Amazon.com! Now I call Amazon and TRS and both are telling me I have an outstanding collection notice. This has take an hour out of my day and it still hasn’t been cleared up. AND I’ve already paid for the item. Buy this elsewhere preferably at a local pet store support your local business!! Amazon is a behemoth with terrible customer service.

This pet washroom/nightstand pet house is super cute the color is good & the paint job is nice. I bought it to hide the litter box in our laundry room. The only bad thing I would comment on is the assembly. The screws they give you are like IKEA’s screws but when you twist them they can break…I found this out when i broke 2. When constructing this I used liquid nails (adhesive) to make sure everything was sturdy. Also, some of the wood buckled…But it was in an area where you couldn’t see it.
Other than those little things the furniture was cute. I wish it was constructed better. Or I wish I knew to be GENTLE when putting it together.

looks great in my bathroom, and kitty has no issue using it =)
fits most large pans of litter boxes.
very easy assembly, instruction was easy and comes with extra screws and all, took me about 20min.
it looks very nice and is very sturdy.

This is an attractive and easy-to-put-together item, and I would be very happy with it, but the chemical smell from the plastic laminate is really strong, and bothers me AND my cat. I’m hoping the smell goes away in another few weeks, and maybe kitty will start using it.

I purchased this 2 and a half years ago and it was good at first. Then when I had to clean it the so called “wood” began to warp. THen when the cat accidently got some of her urine on it it made it warp more. Basically if it gets wet the “wood” or particle board expands.
Sure it looked good at the beginning and it was a great way to hide the litterbox.
