This condo wobbles everytime my cat jumps on it. He definitely loves the individual components but as a whole it is not very stable.

I had to put it against a wall because I was afraid it would tilt over if my cats jumped off of it. The cats do us it though

This was our first Armarkat tree purchase, and the smallest, just to try out the products. Three years later, battered by a multiple-cat household, and well-loved by all, this little tree is still hanging in there. Don’t let the teddy bear-like faux fur fool you…it can take the claws and is easily cleaned with a small brush. I knew we had a winner when the cats were already on it as I assembled it.
The kitties give it five paws-up. =^..^=

This tree is going to be unstable for any cat larger than a few pounds. If you’ve got chubby cats, this might not work for you. However, I got around the problem by fixing the cat tree to the wall. It’s now quite stable, even when our 15 pound cat is climbing it.
That stability thing is a nuisance, but we got this cat tree for only $52, including shipping. That’s a pretty good value when it comes to cat furniture.

This is such a great product for the price! I got it for my cats for Christmas. I have two cats that are about a year old and they are always using it. They use the scratching post, hide in the cubby, perch on top, and play with the toy dangling from the top perch. Not a day goes by without them using it. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the base is the same size as the top, so it topples over fairly easily. I still love it and would recommend it to other cat owners that can’t afford to spend $100+ on something like it.
