Special UVA and UVB fluorescent lamp for use with all captive birds. UVB allows birds to synthesize Vitamin D3 in their skin. UVA helps to curb feather picking and other destructive behaviors. Without UVA birds are color blind. True full spectrum. 26 Watts.
Provides UVB and UVA in levels that are comparable to what would be received in the shade outdoors. This is a safe and effective level of exposure and can provide birds with a normal photoperiod.
